On Wednesday night, October 10th Chamber Members and friends crowded into the private dining area at the Red Lobster. This evening mixer was a festive celebration! We had our own area with booths and serving tables set with platters of fresh shrimp, stuffed won tons, chips, salsa, the famous cheesy garlic biscuits and more! Happy Hour beverages were available, as well as fresh lemonade. The mood was festive and the noise level in the room was, wait for it…..LOUD! General Manager, Carlos Arevalo was a gracious host and his staff were terrific! They provided friendly service with a smile! Certificates of recognition were presented to Carlos by: Tori Floyd from Supervisor Dianne Jacob’s office, Mikayle Lowery representing Senator Joel Anderson’s office and Mary England presented certificates from Assemblywoman Shirley Weber’s office, the City of La Mesa and the La Mesa Chamber of Commerce. Crystal Garcia, General Manager of Club Plates La Mesa presented Carlos a gift certificate to complete the presentations of the evening. A good time was had by all! We look forward to having Red Lobster participate in 2019 at our Spring Fling Business Expo and other Chamber signature events.
