On Wednesday, April 12th Benchmark Mortgage hosted an open house between the hours of 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. and the La Mesa Chamber facilitated a ribbon cutting at 6 p.m. to welcome this new business to our community that is located at 8530 La Mesa Blvd, Suite 206 in La Mesa.
Benchmark Mortgage has a goal of educating families about home ownership and helping them choose the best strategy to achieve their financial goals and dreams. Guests were treated to delicious food catered by Luna Grill. The chicken was fabulous and accompanied by fresh and grilled vegetables, salads and more. The event was lively and allowed people to mix and mingle while enjoying themselves and interact with the team of Branch Manager, Jeremy Patterson, Business Development Manager, Courtney Patterson, Production Partners, Emily McPharlin and Vianca Peterson and New Family Specialist, Miriam Waldheim. The owners, Jeremy and Courtney Patterson are a warm and delightful couple that care about their business relationships and associates. Paulo Nulud, representing Senator Joel Anderson presented a certificate of appreciation to Jeremy and Courtney and welcomed them to the La Mesa business community. Supervisor Dianne Jacob sent a certificate of recognition that was presented by La Mesa Chamber President & CEO, Mary England, who also presented them their Chamber new member plaque. Miss Teen La Mesa, Alexis Smith also joined us for this special occasion.
