The crowd was happy and the mood was festive, as members and guests cheered and shouted Happy Anniversary” to The Hills Local Pub on Tuesday, April 4th. The party started at 5:30 p.m. nd ended at 7 p.m. Peter Malloy and the entire staff of The Hills Local Pub were such great hosts and served their famous sliders.
The high energy continued throughout the evening as winners of the raffle were announced. The grand prize winner of the evening was Shannan Doane, who left the evening with a big smile on her face. Others who won prizes were: Bob Sole, Andy Kohler and David Shaw. The Chamber had earlier presented a certificate of appreciation to the management team of The Hills and thanked them for their dedication to our community and making this restaurant a favorite of locals, as well as guests to La Mesa. Our new Miss La Mesa, Heather Bardin joined us as she begins her reign as our community ambassador.
