A large crowd gathered on January 31st to celebrate and welcome the new Jack in the Box located at 6110 Lake Murray Boulevard in La Mesa. Owner Nasir Faroogi and his wife graciously thanked the community for their support. Corporate leaders of the Jack in the Box family attended and had glowing words to also share with the crowd.
Members of the Jack in the Box team were there to support this new location and store Manager Kadsar Masood served samples of shakes, fries, fruit, onion rings, chicken nuggets and more to the hungry crowd. People could spin the wheel to win various food items. Those happy guests redeemed their coupons at the counter and there wasn’t an empty tray in the house! They were laden with lots of food items! A certificate of appreciation was presented by Senator Joel Anderson’s representative, Camille Cohan to Nasir and his wife. Ms. Cohan congratulated Nasir for building the new location within La Mesa and providing jobs locally. La Mesa Chamber President & CEO, Mary England presented Nasir and his wife with their Chamber membership plaque and praised the entire Jack in the Box team for the investment in our community.
