The August 3rd Pioneer BBQ evening mixer was a lively and fun-filled evening. Located at 8622 Lake Murray Drive, Pioneer BBQ boasts authentic Texas-Style BBQ and they have raised the bar on the barbecue they prepare and serve. The Chef and staff prepared and served their signature mac & cheese with a huge chunk of Beef Brisket right on top. It was delicious! Guests were also served Elote Corn Salad with pulled pork. The General Manager, Matt Ayers was a great host for the evening, and made sure that food flowed throughout the entire night. The evening was a night of fun and friendly conversation, including the introduction of several new members who joined us. Matt and the team handed out coupons that offer $5 off lunch or dinner – eat in or carry out – with a minimum purchase of $25 and $25 off a catering order with a minimum purchase of $200.
