The open house and ribbon cutting on October 19th at Jefferson La Mesa that has been built at 4949 Baltimore Drive in La Mesa was fabulous. Guests were treated to great food, delicious beverages, gifts, and a tour of the models of this 230-unit luxury apartment community that offers studios, live work units/lofts, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units.
Guests Were greeted by Trina Carter the Property Manager and her staff, as well as Carmen Cabrera, the Regional Manager of Avenues Residential, the public relations firm for this property. The food was delicious with wines poured by Pasqual Winery, gifts were given to all attendees by our host and mingling was enjoyed by all. Senator Brian Jones’s representative, Marc Schaefer presented a certificate of appreciation to the team and Mary England presented certificates of recognition for this new complex from Nathan Fletcher, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Mark Arapostathis, Mayor of the City of La Mesa and from the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce.
