Membership includes a free listing on our website in our Online Business Directory. This page can include your business details and a link to your company’s website, and can be edited by you anytime. Businesses are listed alphabetically as well as by category.

The Chamber offers many ways to get the word out about your business. Opportunities include placing banners on our website, ads in the La Mesa Map or brochures, or buying our Chamber Members Mailing List to use for your targeted marketing plan. Sponsoring our events yield high visibility and advertising value – your name and/or logo will be prominently displayed on almost all media related to the event, including newsletters, flyers, booklets, our website, and more.
Grand Opening/Ribbon-Cutting Ceremonies
Upon request, new and existing businesses receive a ribbon cutting for grand openings, ground-breaking ceremonies or special anniversaries. Events receive publicity by local media as well as exposure on Chamber mediums such as our email blasts, website, Facebook, etc.
Display Your Promotional Literature
Give your business exposure to numerous residents and visitors by displaying your brochures, business cards, flyers, and promotional material for free in our Chamber office.
Member Discounts
Members can offer special services and discounts to other members through our Member-to-Member Discount Program. It's easy! You offer a discount on products, merchandise and services to other Chamber members. Members may show a member-to-member card or just ask for and receive that discount! This is a great way to generate business, let other Chamber Members know where you are, and build great relationships!
Communication to Members
Frequent email blasts keep members updated on upcoming events, news, and information relevant to business owners and managers. Our blasts also highlight member events, hot deals, member-to-member discounts, event sponsorships, and more.
Special Events
Special events hosted by the Chamber raise non-dues revenue to expand and improve services to our members. These events bring more business to our community, honor outstanding achievements of local heroes, and promote member businesses. Some events the Chamber hosts are Casino Royale & Honor Our Local Heroes, Taste of La Mesa, and La Mesa Oktoberfest. La Mesa Oktoberfest alone draws over 180,000 visitors each year.
