La Mesa Floral Design Shoppe

Joan Ham and Ben Budraitis hosted a wonderful open house and the Chamber hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrate on Thursday, November 15th. Guests were able to view the different floral selections that Joan and her team will be preparing for clients as they celebrate the holidays. This team has a passion for making any of your holiday activities and celebrations a beautiful experience!

Attendees received gift bags for attending, filled with goodies and a discount card for purchasing items that night or in the future. The food served was outstanding. Hot artichoke dip was served on french bread rounds, desserts and sweets were readily available, cheeses and different types of crackers and assorted dips were strategically placed throughout the room. The color scheme was bright and inviting with black and white satin table linens displayed throughout the entire facility and the wines and beverages were readily available for all guests. There was even a coffee bar set up for those that wished a hot beverage. No one left hungry!

Certificates were presented to celebrate this new business in La Mesa. Senator Joel Anderson’s representative, Annajoy Burgess was there to be a part of this special occasion and certificates were sent by: Congressman Duncan Hunter, Assemblywoman Shirley Weber, Supervisor Dianne Jacob, the City of La Mesa and the La Mesa Chamber of Commerce. Great food and beverages were served, as well as raffles for this special celebration.
