On Wednesday, July 6th Coldwell Banker West hosted a lively open house between the hours of 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. and the La Mesa Chamber facilitated a ribbon cutting at 6 p.m. to welcome this new business to our community, located at 8291 La Mesa Blvd. in La Mesa.

Coldwell Banker West has been helping people find the house of their dreams or successfully sell their home for over 100 years. Their mission is the same as it was over a century ago: to ethically and honestly serve their clients so they can achieve their dreams. Guests were treated to an abundance of delicious catered food and cold beverages. There was “standing room only” as the crowd of over 100 people chatted, mixed and mingled while interacting with the team of Coldwell Banker West. We were thrilled to meet owner, Peter Mendiola, his Wife, Daughters and his partner, as the “official” ribbon was cut to commemorate this special occasion. We were also happy to meet the Manager of this location, Carey Guthrie who took care of all the arrangements and this special celebration – thanks Carey! Mustafa Nasheed, representing Senator Joel Anderson presented a certificate of appreciation to Peter and his family and team members welcoming them to the La Mesa business community. Tori Floyd representing Supervisor Dianne Jacob presented a certificate of recognition and La Mesa Chamber President & CEO, Mary England presented them their Chamber recognition as well.
