El Torito unveiled their new happy hour menu and happy hour drink menu and the LaMesa Chamber was there to celebrate! In addition to sampling the various delights from this menu, a ribbon cutting took place at 6:00 p.m. to commemorate these changes. Miss La Mesa, Heather Bardin joined the group, as well as Senator Joel Anderson’s representative – the evening was festive and Daisy Carrillo, the Event & Catering Sales Manager was a fabulous host. Daisy was quick to replace those empty platters with a warm smile. The fun, food and beverages kept flowing until 7 p.m. and the guests were full and satisfied!
